Murrough O'Brien Tamara Norris Gallagher

Ms. Norris Gallagher graduated from Georgetown University, where she majored in the Russian language with a minor in United States Government, and spent a significant amount of time in Russia. Ms. Norris Gallagher worked as a paralegal for a number of years before graduating magna cum laude from the University of Maine School of Law. While at the law school, she participated in the Ocean and Coastal Law Journal as Articles Editor, was the co-chair for the Environmental Law Society, and clerked for Judge Lipez of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Ms. Norris Gallagher is a member of the Maine Bar, Massachusetts Bar, United States Federal District Courts of Maine and Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. She enjoys backpacking, hiking, biking, and splitting firewood.
