Attorney Deanna White

Ms. White is a graduate of the University of Maine and the University of Maine School of Law.  She started her practice representing members of the armed services before military courts in Europe. After practicing in Europe she returned to Maine where she worked for a number of years in the Attorney General’s office as a litigator, practicing before the courts throughout the state and rising to be a division chief.  Despite officially leaving the Attorney General’s office, their staff has frequently sought out her services to help with briefs in appeals to the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.

Since leaving the Attorney General’s office Ms. White has divided her legal practice between serving as a guardian for children in cases before the courts and her work as of counsel to Jackson & MacNichol where she has both presented cases for hearing and participated in appellate work, drafting appeals for the federal courts.
