Attorney Collette C. Cushing

Ms. Cushing is the newest member of the firm, practicing exclusively in the social security disability practice area. A graduate of Bowdoin College where she majored in biology and government, Ms. Cushing graduated from the University of Maine School of Law. While at the law school she was on the Dean’s List and participated in the Cumberland Legal Aid Clinic. A member of the Maine Bar, she practiced briefly with Legal Services for the Elderly before coming to Jackson & MacNichol.

Despite being the newest member of the firm Ms. Cushing has already handled approximately one hundred cases and has an excellent track record. She has also been the recipient of the Director’s Award from the Volunteer Lawyers Project in 2007 recognizing the extraordinary level of her contributions of time and effort.
